In order to further expand the exploration in Erlian Basin,this study take Honghaoershute depression in Erlian Basin for a study area,on the basis of the basic geological data in Honghaoershute depression,core data,analysis of single-well facies and matching of cross section.We had a comprehensive analysis and research on the Lower Cretaceous sedimentary characteristics in Honghaoershute Depression.Comprehensive analysis of combining various information,we established sequence stratigraphic framework of Honghaoershute depression initially in Erlian basin, the basement of Honghaoershute depression is Paleozoic, the upper deposits are Jurassic,Aershan,Tengger,Saihan and Cenozoic,and 5 major regional unconformity and sedimentary discontinuity are formed,and develop four third order sequence, from bottom to top, respectively Aershan (SB1),Tenggerâ… (SB2),Tenggerâ…¡(SB3), Saihan(SB4).By a large number observation,description,analysis of core and comprehensive study of data and logging data from rock sampling,we find out the rock type,interstitial material characteristics,bedding structure in Honghaoershute depression,analysis the lithological signs of key wells and signs of Geophysics of the Lower Cretaceous in Honghaoershute Depression,on the basis of facies signs from core observation and slices data,and the combined analysis of laboratory data to determine the type of single-well facies.in the course of our study, observed a total of three sampling wells and the preparation of a single-well phase analysis diagram. This paper focuses on the analysis of single-well facies characteristics of hong 25 well and hong28 well. Through the application of logging, logging data, the regional geological setting, combined with the division of single-well facies of hong28 and hong37 in Honghaoershute depression,we classified the type of sedimentary facies systematically,and we took seismic geology facies and sequence seismic characteristics in to consideration, identified main facies as alluvial fan, fan delta, fluvial, lacustrine fan, braided river delta, lacustrine facies,and divided the stages of basin development into the early rifting phase of rift, atrophy of the Rift Valley, post-rift stage of rift.By the detailed comprehensive analysis of cores observation, application logging, logging and seismic data of three wells in HonghaoerShute depression, and the study of strengthening microfacies, use the methods of fine structural interpretation and reservoir lateral prediction,obtain new knowledge and breakthrough of Honghaoershute depression, evaluate two advantagous plays and three favorable objectives in Honghaoershute.
