The final goal of reservoir description is constructed quantitative 3D reservoir modeling at the oilfield exploration and development stage. It is require to deeply study for oilfield exploration and development, and to evaluate development geology job. Different oil field development stage have different require and content.Structure BZ25-1 is located in the intersection of basin Bohai Gulf, Bozhong depression in west side of Bonan low bulge and Yellow River mouth, which is a good area for oil/gas accumulation. The strata drilled from upper to bottom are: Quaternary Pingyuan interval, Neocene Minghuazhen interval and Guantao interval, Eogene Dongying interval,first member of Shahejie interval,second member of Shahejie interval and third member of Shahejie interval. S2 and S3 are the key oil-bearing formations. There are only five prospect wells and one development well at the beginning of the project. S2 belongs to braided delta sedimentation system and S3 belongs to fan delta sedimentation system. Faults of the reservoir develop as the several water/oil systems. The complicated geological situations bring difficulties to the precise prediction on reserve and the study on reservoir numerical simulation. In the process of ODP operation, it need to apply new well data, complete the realization on reservoir distribution rules in plane like reservoir sedimentation mode,sedimentation types, sedimentary microfacies and connectivity of the sand body, to do study of synthesis reservoir geological modeling, and to make reservoir numerical simulation on the basis of upscaled 3D geological model renew the index of production prediction and guide the establishment of development project.The main aim in the paper is to build up 3D fine geological model of key reservoir of Shahejie interval in the study area. In the operation process of the drilling in development program, it applies new well data, completes the realization on reservoir distribution rules for sub zone, involving reservoir sedimentation mode, sedimentation types, sedimentary microfacies and connectivity of the sand body. Then integrated reservoir is used to build fine strata correlation and sedimentary microfacies analysis, it adopts advanced theory and technology of reservoir modeling to build 3D geology model of the study area, including 3D structure model,3D facies model of the reservoir and 3D model of reservoir property parameters (porosity,permeability and oil saturation), and to do 3D volume computation and model upscaling. In the process of reservoir computation, it applies experimental design method to make quantitative assessment on uncertainty elements affecting reservoir computation. Finally, it makes reservoir numerical simulation base on 3D geological model, and to renew the production forecast.
