Statistical Process Control is a crucial stage in the implement of 6-sigma, it utilize the statistic method to control every stage during the process, which reach an aim of improvement and assurance of the quality. It doesn't need to build up a precise predictive model during processing, and overcome the shortcomings of inefficiency, high cost after sampling inspection, thus it is widely used in the Production Process Control. Control Chart is the key tool in SPC analysis, the basis in carry out SPC successfully.This article has an extensive study on quality control method and control chart home and abroad, put forward a proposal to apply control chart in the parameter control during anode production process. The following are the primary coverage and innovations:1.In view of the problems of data source singularity and little analytic result the tradition control chart has, put forward a solution combined with Online Analysis Process and SPC, use the statistical data collected via OLAP as the data source of SPC, to analyze and control data of different fineness.2. By means of an extensive study on the control chart abnormal mode identification, to provide three basic mode identification methods:general rules, QAX default rules and QAX user-defined rules, technicians can analyze via general rules and QAX default rules, they can also customize the QAX abnormal rules as a matter of experience, and apply it in the detection of process parameters.3.In view of the blend-mode of phase step, trend and phase step&trend in anode process parameters, to put forward amendable hiberarchy clustering algorithm, split/combine based on distance and least-squares linearity fitting algorithm respectively, not only it can detect the abnormity, but also provides parameter estimation of abnormal pattern.4. In view of a better application of control chart in the process testing of anode process parameters, give a comprehensive analysis of control chart type switching, grouping, statistical algorithm, and applicable rules in process parameters respectively, and inspect via instance data.Based on the above-mentioned, design and develop multidimensional analysis and SPC System for the process parameters, apply this system in the controls and analysis of anode process parameters, it provides an efficient tool in analyze the abnormity of anode process parameters for technicians, and also offer a scientific guidance for the management board to analyze the production status and forecast the trend in development, thus reach an aim of production quality control, cost reduction and incentive to efficiency.
