With the rapid development of infrastructure construction, a large number of deep tunnel projects begin to start, the geological conditions of tunnel become more and more complicated Therefore, the comprehensive geological forecast in tunnel research is not only necessary and pressing, but also realistic meaning in projects and strong theoretical value. At present, the accuracy of tunnel forecast plays a vital role in construction safety of tunnel. There are many applications in the construction, but the physical simulation experiment in the laboratory is rarely. In selecting a material, choose two kinds of materials,in which are similar in velocity, concrete and frozen sand. but due to the existence of carbonate and Portland in the concrete, which has strong electromagnetic interference in experiments. But in the frozen sand model testing, P wave velocity is close to rocks, and interference is weak.so finally chose frozen sand as the experimental model material. After completing the model, begin the acoustic-acoustic, the acoustic-electric observation, in which acoustic-electric conversion is the frontier approach in present, is also the main task in the experimental measurements. Through the study of the two methods to forecast adverse geological condition in tunnel.Through the analysis of the experimental observation results, measurement of acoustic-acoustic can observe the direct waves and reflected wave of P waves and direct wave of S wave, therefore can not observe the S wave, the measurement of acoustic-electric can observe the same results. so acoustic-acoustic can be replace by acoustic-electric in the tunnel model experiments. Due to successed in observing the direct waves and the reflection wave, proved this physical model and observation system is feasible.
