In this paper,we discuss the bending of special laminated orthotropic plates on the saturated elastic half-space poundation.First,basing on Biot's dynamic equations of transversely isotropic soils, according to the basic equations of transversely isotropic saturated soil, stress-strain's relationships, dynamic relationships, continuity equations and the generalized Darcy law, established the basic equations of the transversely isotropic saturated porous soil. Otaining the double Fourier transform answers to the question of transversely isotropic saturated porous half-space.Secondly,according to the machanical equilibrium differential equation of the composite material laminted plates, and using Fourier series, to solve the mechanical problems of the composite material laminted plates, arrive at the mechanical equation of the composite material laminted plates.Then,combine with the boundary condition of the plate and the compatibility condition of the foundation,using the analytic method for theoretical analysis to the interaction of transversely isotropic saturated porous half-space foundation and composite material laminates plate,obtained the compatibility equation of the laminate plate and saturated foundation.In the end, the use of matlab software programming, simultaneously solving the mechanical equations of laminated plates and laminated plates-foundation compatibility equation, obtaining the exact solution required. The theory expounded in this paper is simple and clear, easy to promote.
