Abstract/Summary:
In this study, mainly through microbial purification, water screening, physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular identification of four parts of the Inner Mongolia natural resistance to low temperature screening of bacteria identified, and focuses on the use of low-temperature-resistant bacteria and micro-polluted sewage water The purifying effect, thus the impact of low temperature on the water provides an effective scientific solution.CCP points four test papers. Test 1 mainly through the low temperature and poor nutritional conditions on the acquisition of soil samples and water samples were strains and purification. Test 2 mainly by potassium permanganate index (CODMn) changes in the strains isolated were screened to select effective water purification, water purification ability of the resistance to low temperature bacteria. Test 3 and Test 4, mainly through the physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA molecular identification of test strains were screened for further identification. The results showed that:1. In the natural environment in Inner Mongolia there are a lot of resistance to low temperature bacteria, purified from this experiment was 26.2. CB strain was isolated in low temperature conditions to the micro purification of polluted water bodies have a good effect. In 15℃water pollution under simulated micro-polluted water samples and the degradation rate of organic matter can reach 21.56% and 50.14%.3. In the physiological and biochemical characteristics of test strains can be seen in CB can use glucose and sucrose as the sole carbon source, using potassium nitrate as the sole nitrogen source, also can produce amylase hydrolyzed starch, produced catalase, did not produce fat enzyme, does not decompose gelatin, and M. R. Testing and V. P. Tests were positive.4. Finally, molecular identification of 16s rDNA methods can be identified this CB as psychrophilic strains of Bacillus (Psychrophilic)...
