Huhehu depression is located in the southeast of Hailar basin, has already become one of the key exploration fields, and the exploration practice in the recent years reveals that Huhehu depression has favorable exploration potential. Nantun group is the main exploration target of study area, but extremely complicated petroleum geologic condition, which has the character of multiple provenance, nearly provenance, narrow sedimentary facies zones and volatile sedimentary facies, brings great difficulty for oil-gas exploration. Under the control of boundary faults, Nantun group develops several hydrocarbon generation centers, several structures, and forms disciplinary oil and gas accumulation zone. At present, this area has some problems, such as unclear hydrocarbon resource potential, unclear reservoir-forming rules. Therefore, this paper comprehensive adopts the theory of petroleum geology, geochemistry, structural geology, sequence stratigraphy and so on, studys geology, seismic, logging and other data, combines with previous research results, futher discusses spatial and temporal distribution of source-reservoir-cap of Nantun group, mainly studys key controlling factors of source, petroleum conduction, reservoir characteristics and reservoir formation,optimizes favorable oil-gas exploration zone, carrys out and evaluates favorable exploration targets, and has the important reference values for hydrocarbon exploration and development. At the same time, it can enrich and prefect contential sequence stratigraphy and contential oil-gas accumulation theory.At first, this paper develops the study of regional tection features, regional tection evolution, sequence stratigraphic framework, sequence structure model, sedimentary system and spatial configuration in sequence stratigraphic framework, makes clear basis geological characteristics of Huhehu depression. Subsequently, the main control factors and oil-gas accumulation law are analysis, and the main content includes source, reservoir, cap, trap, carrier system, migration mode and so on. This paper establishes oil-gas reservoir formation model, and preliminarily discusses oil-gas reverior-forming law. At last, though comprehensively considerate hydrocarbon source rock distribution, hydrocarbon enrichment regularity, migration and accumulation law, this paper predicts oil-gas favorable exploration zone and thinks that northwest gentle slope belt is the most favorable exploration zone.
