This article is precisely utilizing the wind velocity,temperature and humidity data from january and july in 2008,which were gathered from the 10m observing tower gradient detecting system in XiaoTang.Analyzing the atmospheric stability in the surface layer of XiaoTang.Adopting aerodynamic method to calculate the sensible heat flux and the latent heat flux,momentum and heat bulk transfer coeficient,as well KD,KH.And the meteorology characteristics in different weather,the results are as fllows:1.The change law of profiles and vertical gradient of wind velocity,temperature and humidity.(1)The diurnalvariation rule of the wind velocity,temperature and humidity gradient are obvious in XiaoTang.Appearing a temperature and humidity inversion characteristic.The wind velocity appears two peak value in daytime. The leading wind direction is SW in jan and North in july.(2)There are two kind of temperature profiles in jan,such as night radiating pattern,daytime insolation type.The humidity has conversion in 4m height in july.The wind profiles satisfy the logarithm law.(3)The soil temperature has same change law with temperature.The change range of soil humidity is 0.05~0.35% in jan and 0.05~0.45% in july.2.The atmospheric stability distributing.The atmospheric stability distributing frequency in XiaoTang is most in neutral. The frequency in neutral and stability is 85% in jan.The frequency in neutral is 65% in july.3.The diurnalvariation of the flux,momentum and heat bulk transfer coeficient,as well Kd,Kh.(1)The change range of net radiation is-50~170W/m2 in jan and -60~330 W/m2 in july. (2)The change range of soil heat flux is-11~15W/m2 in jan and -40~18W/m2 in july.(3)The change range of sensible heat flux is-13~135W/m2 in jan and -6~243W/m2 in july. The change range of latent heat flux is-5~5W/m2 in jan and -5~25W/m2 in july.(4)The average of Cd is 4.044×10-3 and Ch is 2.532×10-3in neutral of january. The average of Cd is 4.009×10-3 and Ch is 2.369×10-3 in neutral of july. The average of Kd is 0.48m2·s-1 and Kh is 0.76m2·s-1 in neutral of january.The average of Kd is 0.78m2·s-1 and Kh is 1.08m2·s-13 in neutral of july. 4.There are some obvious character between sunshiny day,cloudy day and the sandstorm weather.As a whole,the temperature,soil temperature,net radiation soil heat flux and sensible heat flux in sunshiny day are bigger than in cloudy day and the sandstorm weather.But the humidity,soil humidity and latent heat flux are smaller than those day.The winf speed,momentum and heat bulk transfer coeficient in cloudy day and the sandstorm weather are bigger than sunshiny day,and the diurnalvariation have biggish undulation.
