In this paper, Air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, ground temperature and evaporation in micro-climate factors in the underlying surface of deserts, Gebi, ecotone, Oasis Low (the cotton), Oasis High (corn) were investigated for analysis of rules of temporal variation and vertical variation of micro-climate factors by using Portable-Meteorologi cal Station. and observational data on the income to do the following analysis:(1) Comparative analysis of the daily changes and vertical changes of the micro-climate factors in the different underlying surface, and the micro-climate factors in the underlying surface under different levels of significant differences were further discussed through analysis of variance.(2) a separate discussion was done in ecotone of 5 more complex underlying surface, and analysised air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, temperature and evaporation micro-climate characteristics of changes in ecotone in sunny day, and a research of the relevance between different micro-climate factors in the transitional zone was done.The results obtained from the above analysis:(1) the characteristic parameters of the micro-climate in different underlying surface show the trend of gradient increasing or decreasing. From desert to oasis, air temperature, wind speed, ground temperature and evaporation reduce gradually reduce and the relative humidity increased gradually in which the characteristics of the micro-climate factors and changes of underlying surface between desertification and ecotone are similar ,which different largely from the micro-climate factors of oasis. For example the margin of temperature between desertification and ecotone is 0.98℃, comparing with the oasis ,that is 3.78℃.The average wind speed of desertification is only higher 0.28m/s than ecotone(1.55m/s), which is 4 times of oasis. The micro-climate factors of underlying surface in the desert, ecotone, oasis are closely connected and influence each other, and with impact of external environment, the characteristics changes of temporal variation and vertical variation of micro-climate factors are similar.(2) The differences of air temperature, humidity, wind speed, temperature, evaporation in different underlying surface were significant. To further compare, the Gebi, desert, interlaced with three no significant differences in each other, and with Oasis high, Oasis were no significant differences between low-level, significant differences in the level of P values from the desert to the ecotone decreased. Oasis oasis of high and low difference was not significant.(3) Air temperature and humidity changes in the surface layer of oasis-desert ecotone in sunny day in autumn showed the opposite trend. The vertical temperature change during the day showed an increase with height increase, the increase of night decrease with height.Contrast the changes of air temperature near surface and changes in surface temperature in ecotone, the former is much slower than the latter. In the 0-40cm depth, the ground temperature with depth, and the variation of 0-15cm is diminishing,20-40cm is significantly change like the basic linear trend.Wind speed of Surface layer during the day, maximum wind speed up to 5.28m / s, while the lowest value at night is only 0.25m / s. Day or night, in the desert oasis on the main transition to the main updraft. The vertical wind speed with height increase which showed an obvious increase. (4) Air temperature, ground temperature, relative humidity close in the transitional zone in autumn, the first two levels were significantly correlated (R gas to = 0.89), and relative humidity showed a significant negative correlation (Rtw =- 0.984 Rgw =- 0.989). Evaporation by the three great influence, have shown significant correlation.
