In this paper, the optimum accelerated life test for Marshall-Olkin Multi-Weibull Distribution is studied.Firstly, Marshall-Olkin Multi-Weibull Distribution and its properties are sim-ply introduced. Accelerated life test model under the series system based on the Multi-Weibull distribution developed by David in 1996 is established and maximum likelihood estimation and optimal design are discussed under both constant-stress and simple step-stress. In the constant-stress accelerated life test, the maximum likelihood estimation of parameters and the optimal design under both Typeâ… and Typeâ…¡censoring are developped. Simulation is also used to discover the impact on the optimal design of different size of samples and failure ratio under typeâ…¡censoring and some results are gained. In the simple step-stress accelerated life test, C-E model and TFR model are used to build the model and its optimal design is also considered. Each method given above are testified by one example respectively.
