Dingbian County is the second batch of national eco-agriculture demonstration counties. The Rural county government plans to set up a county-level agricultural demonstration zone in Zhoutaizi. According to the actual mining conditions and findings we find that the groundwater storage is rich and the ability to regulate is large in this area. So the groundwater can meet the need of the Demonstration area. However, the groundwater quality is extremely complex and it is not only suitable for the live of humans and animals, but also the growth of plants. Therefore, the research of the chemical composition and the formation law of the Groundwater has become a decisive part for the regional development. This paper introduces the Ordos Basin geological features and hydrogeological conditions, from which we understand the regional context of this area, and how to migrate the poor quality water are in the Zhoutaizi area.According to the study of the water chemistry characteristics of test data, the salinity of the Quaternary loose porous aquifer and the Cretaceous Central River Group clastic rock pore fissure aquifer increases from less than 1g/L in the south east to 3g/L in the north west quickly, The Chemical types range from the small southern HCO3-type to the North west Cl, SO4-type, and the cation is Na, Mg-based, the subject is Cl·SO4-Na type, Cl·SO4·HCO3-Na type, Cl·HCO3-Na type water. We use the Hydrogeochemical theory to carry out hydrological mass balance simulation of the Hydrogeochemical Quaternary and Cretaceous, Central River group evolution of groundwater geochemistry in the study area. The results show that:the Aquifer is based on rock salt, potassium salt, gypsum dissolution. All these show that the formation of Quaternary groundwater chemical is the result of the interaction of leaching of soil and evaporation. The Central River Group of Cretaceous groundwater chemical is affected by leaching of soil and cation exchange. We formulated a reasonable water mining program which is based on a deep study of the distribution characteristics and the evolution law of the Groundwater Chemical Composition. We also simulated the particle migration in the mining process. The result is that the poor water area expanded in the west part of the study area, just along the main direction of the groundwater flow. The Poor quality water will not enter the scope of the production well and will not affect the quality of the mining water. Meanwhile, the exploitation of groundwater has little effect on groundwater flow conditions. It will not cause the change of the groundwater chemical environment, and have no effect on the groundwater chemical evolution. The ecological environment in the study area is fragile, and the groundwater resources are very valuable. Therefore, the groundwater resources and the water environment protection should be given adequate attention, and they are must be implemented with the groundwater resources development simultaneously.
