Stability of goaf as the adverse geological problem of road construction has become increasingly prominent, is a theoretical significance and practical value of the research topic. The stability controlled by many factors is a result of various factors. At present, the road stability of goaf of research is still in development stage at home and abroad, most research is based on experience and investigation.The research methods and theories need to be perfected.This paper analyzed the results of previous research, based on numerical simulation and fuzzy mathematics mainly done the following areas:Firstly,analyzed the goaf formation mechanism of collapse from the state of mining rock stress. Described division of overburden and feature, that is:caving zone, fracture zone and the bending zone; detailed the surface deformation characteristics, the range of surface movement divided into middle area, within marginal zone and outer marginal zone;Secondly, with finite element analysis software ANSYS anlysed surface subsidence of the influencing factors。Comparing to the result of simulation, summing up the laws between various factors and surface movement and deformation; educed that:the overburden, mining width, ratio of mining depth and working thickness and angle of coal seam are the main factors influencing the stability;Futhermore, investigated the regional geological conditions and the mining conditions of the study area to establish a geological model underlying the stability of mined-out space to simulate and analyse the stress state and surface deformation characteristics,with the stability discriminant; results show that after the highway is completed, surface deformation greater than the high way deformation allows, under an unstable state, should be treated;Finally, described the method of fuzzy optimization principle and calculation steps. Maded a fuzzy information optimization processing model stability index system principles of goaf. Builted evaluation system, and the application of the method of stability in the study area of calculated and the results consist with the numerical results.The goaf underlying highway harmful levels of its stability is a relatively new subject, the paper used numerical simulation and fuzzy mathematics methods to study the stability of goaf.Not only provided a scientific basis for collapse of mined area disaster prevention, but also for the effective prevention caused by mining subsidence area accumulated experience, and reference for the stability of other goaf evaluation.
