Earthquake is a kind of sudden natural disasters, what is even worse is that secondary disasters will cause even greater loss.Scientist now pay more attention on huge landslide, take the 20th century as an example, the earthquake landslides disaster has caused number of lives and economic losses. A strong earthquake can induce a number of the secondary landslide disaster, the earthquake directly caused less loss than landslide.Earthquake frequently occurs in china, so the earthquake secondary landslides disasters are much more serious, especially in the complex geological structure of the west China.2008 earthquake occurred in Wenchuan led a lot of loss to the country and the people, in order to alleviate earthquake landslide hazard to the human, Geographic Information System (GIS) and the AHP are used to predict and estimate secondary landslide caused by the earthquake, and GIS-based analysis system for earthquake landslide is also built in this thesis.In this thesis, the main contents is regional risk assessment of landslide disaster. It involves a large number of spatial information.In this thesis, the geographic information system technology, can manage spatial data, spatial analysis, spatial information and attribute information of the dynamic interaction analysis.Also, the combination of analysis of earthquakes indicators and the situation of the region, it can reflect the selected areas of the landslide disasters caused by earthquake, facilitate the people to deal with the problems, So as to reduce the loss that caused by secondary earthquake landslide, the thesis also discuss the establishment of spatial database system, the general approach and framework, the method can also be used in other prevention system design.To enable the system can effectively analyze the regularity of earthquake landslide hazard and earthquakes uncertainty problem, this thesis uses the mathematical tools to introduce the concept of earthquake landslide risk index to reflect the regional risk analysis.with the help of GIS for earthquake prediction and estimation of earthquake landslide, the application will have wide application prospect in the regional earthquake landslide estimatation.
