Exploitation scheduling of grouped large gas fields is a large-scale system problem, which combine reasonably exploitation technique with economic benefit, majorly focused on grouped planning's optimization of large gas fields and decision making. On the basis of investigating and analyzing the literature of grouped gas field's exploitation at home and abroad, through study and analysis, the paper obtained ideas and methods which are fit for development planning of grouped large gas field in Changqing gas region. Firstly, studied and analyzed distribution feature, geological characteristics and gas well's productivity of big gas fields in Changqing gas region, summarized the basic characteristics of grouped exploitation in Changqing gas region. Secondly, with a association analysis of binomial deliverability equation of instable seeping flow and material balance equation of constant-volume and closed gas reservoir, established dynamic prediction model of single gas field's production, which could preliminarily predict gas field's production. Thirdly, the optimized model of development planning of grouped large gas fields has been established on the basis of closely connected underground resources, exploitation techniques and market demand, through solving the model, obtained optimized scheme of development planning and its technical and economical benefit index with different period of stabilized production. Finally, made decision-making analysis for different schemes with association matrix method, gained the optimum and reasonable development plan, which is "10-9-3". The theory and method of the paper has immediate directive significance in grouped gas field's development scheduling.
