Problems of mining subsidence caused by mining under "three bodies" are becoming more and more serious, studying mining under 'three bodies', and controlling the mining damage has great significance to ensure safe exploitation and promote the stable development of mining area. In this paper, deep research for problems of embankment deformation caused by mining under river of one coal mine will be made, the main contents are listed as follows:For the issue of dikebody natural settlement after dike reinforcement, use the theory of soil mechanics, make a deep analysis to the factors, soil consolidation and compression, deformation mechanism of the natural settlement of dike reinforced soil, and get the natural subsidence of dike reinforcement soil with the method of layer wise summation method, compare to the field monitoring leveling data and get a well result, so it will provide an important basis for dike management and safe operation for similar geological and mining conditions. For the issue of dike subsidence caused by mining under river, make a monitoring design and use the long-term monitoring data we obtained, analyze the migration process, the migration velocity of the dike in the plane direction and the settlement process, settlement velocity in the vertical direction, then make a deep research to the dike deformation. In the end, do the deposition modeling to the dike with the GM(1,1) model and the regression analysis model, both achieve good prediction results, and will provide a basis for the later settlement of dike, also provide scientific theory base for the next dike protection. For the issue of surface cracks induced by mining under river, establish the monitoring network in the research area, access to the monitoring data, analyze the characteristics for the maximum crack deformation, the maximum crack gap, the maximum width, etc, and analyze their relationship with mining, study the dynamic crack development and distribution, provide some reference to the crack treatment and prevention for mining under river.
