In this thesis, we discuss the following elliptic hemi-variational inequality problem: whereΩis a bounded domain in RN(N≥3) with the smooth boundary (?)Ω, the potential functions F(x, u):Ω×R→R is measurable with respect to x and locally Lipschitz continuous in u, satisfying the following double resonant condition (?)F(x,u) denotes the Clarke generalized gradient of F(x,u) with respect to u.Based on the nonsmooth linking theorem, we obtian the existence of nontrivial solutions of the elliptic hemi-variational inequality problem (P).
