Study On The Quantitative Analysis And The Application Of The Adamantane Compounds In Crude Oil

The analysis and testing technology for hydrocarbon accumulation develops rapidly at Home and Abroad,In recent years, the research of oil and gas source has developed from the original chromatographic analysis,the qualitative analysis of biomarkers compounds to the quantitative analysis of biomarkers compounds and the research of specific biomarker compounds,etc.the new technology provides new indexes of the study on oil source correlation and sedimentary environments. By the quantitative analysis and the application of the adamantane compounds in crude oil, it detects 26 samples of the adamantane compounds,which are from d16-adamantane as standard specimen for the adamantane compounds, d4-C27 sterane for sterane and gonane,d-dibenzothiophen for fresnel and methylphenanthrene aromatic compounds,and their quantitative relative deviation is less than8%. Developing time-of-flight mass spectrometer and locking procedures of retention time,which makes the adamantane compounds do quantitative analysis more accurately and easily.It divides oil types through triangle diagram about adamantane compounds, biomarkers compounds and aromatic compounds in crude oil. The crude oil from analyzed samples was divided into three categories by adamantine content.The first kind is the crude oil which is in low content adamantine;the second is the crude oil which is in medium content adamantine; the third is the crude oil which is in high content adamantine; The quantitative analysis for adamantane compounds and biomarkers compounds,provides a new approach to determine the cracking extent of crude oil. Research shows that the crude oil from well Fangshen1 and Shengshen1,in Songliao Basin, cracked heavily, the cracking extent being more than 90%,and the crude oil from well Fang4, well Fang 6 cracked, the cracking extent being about 50%.
