| The new Curriculum Reform has been implemented intensely nowadays. It brings us both the opportunities and the challenges .The new reform not only change the way of the students to learn, but also change the pattern of the school to educate and work, the faith and the actions of the teachers. As a science subject, biology has a absolutely necessary part called experiments. The new curriculum Emphasize the experiments .we can see that from the quantity and the properties. So, connecting the theory and the experiments is in accord with the request of the capability in the new reform.After choosing the subject, I collect and analyze the references. Then I have a research supposition, and make the questionnaire and the interview. The objects of the survey are the college students whose major is biology and who are almost to graduate. Because they have educational experiences and can show the capability of the normal students who will became teachers in future and the educational capability of the normal university. I interview the middle school teachers. The research mainly discusses the present situation and problems about the experimental conditions, experimental course concept, skills, expression abilities, inquiry abilities and the evaluation mechanism by the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The research shows the normal university students and middle school teachers are lack of the experimental capabilities. The shortages mainly includ the old faith, bad experimental conditions, the deficiency of the expression, the unfamiliar of the skills, the lack of the quire capability, the imperfect evaluation mechanism. In order to solve the problems, there are some suggestions, including increasing the experimental resources, changing the old experiment faith, strengthening the skill by encourage mechanism and the training, and encouraging the innovation and improvement to the experiment technology. Hopefully this could provide references to strengthen the experimental capabilities, and to improve the experimental biology teaching of middle school. |
