Vegetation is an important factor in the land-ecosystem. They can fix energy from the sun to provide food for people or other organism, so vegetation is the basis of ecosystem. Meanwhile, vegetation can clean the air and improve our circumstance, and also provide basis for people's living and developing. Scientists all over the word have made a lot of research on vegetation such as chlorophyll, water content, nitrogen content. They do research to get knowledge of the living and healthy condition of vegetation, when they get that knowledge, they would forecast the output of vegetation which is very important to the construction of the country. Besides, some other scientists bend themselves to research on Leaf Area Index, Green Extent to learn the cover of vegetation. They do that to give service to the economic developing.Traditional method to monitor vegetation s measuring biochemistry parameters directly or indirectly through ground data. This method can destroy the samples also it is time consuming, so it doesn't adapt to monitor in a large scale.With social developing, remote sensing becomes a new technology for people. It can monitor ground in a large scale expediently, and also it doesn't do damage to the samples. Some scientists have done a lot of study on biochemistry through the spectral of ground target.Traditional remote sensors have a low resolution, so they can not measure biochemistry parameters accurately. The appearance of hyper spectral remote sensing makes things become better and better. Hyper spectral sensor has a lot of narrow channels and it can imaging and reveal the spectral contemporarily. So hyper spectral sensor can provide more detail information for precise research.The remote sensing can monitor ground target conveniently, it can provide us a lot of information frequently and cheaply.In my paper, I reviewed evolve of reversing biochemistry parameters from method and data source in the world. After that I used physical and traditional methods to inverse biochemical parameters. When I do the reversing, I use HJ and OMIS hyper spectral data as my data source.I try to improve the precision of the arithmetic, through a physical model PROSAIL. Meanwhile I provide a flow of data disposal for HJ-1A hyper spectral data.
