In this paper , We study a non-autonomous three-species food-chain model with the Monod-Haldane functional response. we obtained such properties as psoiitive invariance, permanence and non-persistence for the system. The condition for existence of a periodic solution for periodic case is obtained by using coincidence degree. Constructing the suitable Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions which have positive almost periodict solution.
