| In this paper, an age-structured epidemic model with differential infectivity is formulated and investigated. The existence and uniqueness of positive solution for this model is proved by means of theory of Co-semigroup, the existence of an unique endemic equilibrium is proved by using the theory of positive operators, the locally asymptotical stability of the disease free and endemic equilibria are discussed by the way of the spectral theory of C0-semigroup.
