The Application Of GIS/RS Technology In The Second National Land Survey Work

This paper is based on the project that "Second National Land Investigation" in Hengdong County. The application of GIS and RS technology in the Second National Land Investigation as the main research context in this paper to systematically study the base map manufacture, the investigation of land groups , the investigation of property, the construction of databases and so on.The paper is mainly composed of the following six parts:The first part is as the research background and the summarize on basic theory for syudy to introduce the goal and significance of the second national land investigation, the survey of study area and The application of GIS and RS technology in the land utilization and so on.The second part is the indoor interpretation of remote sensing.In this research selecting the 1: 10,000 standard framing SPOT-5 satellite datum as the information source to establishe the interpretation indications of farmland, the garden plot, the woodland, the transportation land, the waters ,the water resource facilities land,the cities and villages land , the industry and mining land and other land.For the same time, expounded interpretation methods in boundary line of property , and to expound the processes from preparation date to interpretation of the ground objects. In the end,manufactured the entire process that to interpretate indoor the base map of open country investigation.The third part is open country investigation and actual time replenish.In this section ,by introducing the open country investigation work flow that investigation of property and land groups , the investigation of,to propose the actual content of property investigatioan,and to solve the question that easy to appear in the investigation; And to clear about the investigation content of land groups to deal with the relationship between linear objects and each kind of land groups to discuss the quality control method of achievement in open country investigation. The fourth part is database construction of the land utilization that to study the digitization methods of achievement in open country investigation based on the unified informationization standard and canonical work flow.By using the MapGiS software to gather and process the open county investigation data that including the scanning of map, the geometry correction , the transform of coordinate , the graphic data gathering, the attribute data gathering,the disposal of topology,the merge and split and so on to establish the data dictionary, the index for map, the spatial databases and the attribute database,and to construct the land utilization database.The fifth part is the analysis on the changes in land utilization based on the construction of databases to analyze the present situation on land utilization in Hengdong County to obtain the characteristics and existence questions on land utilization by analyzing the land utilization dynamic degree and the transference of landgroups from 2004 to 2008 year.The sixth part is the conclusion and the prospects that to summarize the achievements in study and make further put forward the existence question and the prospects.
