Network RTK And Online Value-added Service System

GPS network RTK positioning is a kind of high precise GPS positioning technique which has developed in recent years. Compared with conventional RTK, this technique has many advantages like wider action area, more accurate, more reliable positioning etc. It represents a novel developing trend of GPS. However, there are some deficiencies in domestic using. Mainly for the one kind coordinates, this is also inconsistent with the coordinate system in the project; Additionally, The network RTK is mainly used to acquire plane coordinates, and can't provide elevation service in time. These have both limited the application and promotion of the network RTK.This thesis, on the base of introduction about the principles and the key technologies of network RTK, designs the web system about network RTK basic surveying service—FSCORS online value-added service system, which aims at the defects in management and application of network RTK. In present paper design, used the software of Microsoft IIS combine with ASP.NET of.NET platform to establish website, and edited in VC# language, implement the read-write of data in SQL database of background. The functions of the website mainly contain users'visit, acquirement of all kinds of coordinates (contain normal height) and users' information. The acquirement of the normal height is based on the height anomaly values in the SQL database, then get the anomaly value of this point using the bilinear interpolation algorithm and correct the geodetic height.Here did an experiment on a small amount of simulated data. Verify the reliability and practicality of the system, achieved the target that acquire all kinds of coordinates and normal heights, met the requirements of design. At the same time, issuing the data to the public through the network for various types of users to share, improved the social service of surveying results.
