Study On The Land Use Planning Information System Based On Mixed Architecture

The rapid development of modern information technology forces every walk of life to improve their informationization level, as a vital part of the land management, land use planning management tends to be more scientific and standardized. There is higher request in land use planning management department for information sharing, public services, network office and business management etc., and these requirements cannot be satisfied neither in the planning information system purely based on C/S or B/S mode. According to the reality of land use planning management, this paper put forward the land use planning service system, designs and realizes a land use planning information system based on mixed architecture.First, the paper analyze the development situation of land use planning, and introduces some existing information system of land use planning, discusses some deficiencies in the construction of land use planning information system in China. Then characteristics of the C/S and B/S mode in application system development are compared, and the advantage of the mixed architecture mode is presented.Secondly, based on OGC Web Services Framework and Reference Architecture for Service Oriented Architecture, according to the actual demand of land use planning, a land use planning oriented web services model is put forward.Finally, system functional division, subsystem structure and database structure of land use planning information system are designed based on the above mixed architecture and the services model. Meanwhile, the implementation of land use planning web service is elaborated.The research findings in this paper can be used for reference for developing land use planning information system under new situation, and also have some theoretical and practical guidance to the development of similar application system.
