In recent years, complex networks have been much interest from all research circles,it's theory is widely used and attracts more and more scholars from various research. Its development caused the network modeling enthusiasm, people start to use various standpoint which constitute a network factors to change continuously to re-know network, building up network evolving model.Because the complexity of world , how the reality reconstructs a network to evolve process reasonably, and network structure as to it's whole dynamic state behavior's having influence have already become the core problem in complex networks research. Previous research work is mainly about unweighted network, and there are few research work on weighted network. In this paper,we establish weighted network model to imitate a real world network。At the same time, we make use of computer to simulate the network model, and we get the statistical properties of the network model.Also we research on the relation between weighted network and network synchronization behaviours,and study the network spread model and immunization strategy, at the mean time we simulate the results of three immunization strategies. These researches with problem have to the influence direction which knows network function and understanding network tiny view structure variety to the network whole property certain theories and reality guide meaning. The two mainly core of this article are as follows:Part I: Building a weighted complex network evolution model. First, introduce the research results of complex networks, and presents the significance of complex network research works and practical value. Then, as preliminaries, we introduce the complex network metrics, and analysis the typical complex networks models in detail, especially the local world evolving model and the weighted BBV network model. Based on these models, we introduced the new local world model to BBV, building a new local world model based on BBV evolving model. And we make use of computer to simulate the network model results, and we analyze the results. and the exponent of power-law can be adjusted between 1 and 3 through control the parameters.The model shows that the exponent of power-law can be adjusted,so it can simulate more real networks. The model has a good prospect.Part II: The relation between the synchronous ability of weighted network and strength is researched, also the network spread model and immunization strategy are researched too. We analyze how the weights'distribute influence the network synchronous ability, and get a conclusion which weights distribute more even network synchronous ability more strong,namely the weights distribute with quality to distribute and can even improve the synchronous ability of network than the differences. Build up model through chapter 4 imitated experiment and calculation to conform the credibility of that conclusion respectively. Then we analyze the traditional model of virus spread on the network's application,and get the simulation experiment results of various immunization strategy.
