In this paper,we collect samples from Gaoqiao Mangrove National Nature Reserve area, identify fungus by morphological and molecular methods,in order to the preliminary investigation of species and distribution of mangrove fungus.During past three years, 359 samples have been collected from Gaoqiao Mangrove National Nature Reserve, including drift wood solid wood and fallen rotten leaves, etc according to the types of trees in protected areas of mangrove and the tidal zone for classified collection.Based on morphological characteristics and sequence analysis of rDNA ITS region, 78 typic strains, 39 species of 18 genera were identified:Guignardia ardisiae,Glomerella cingulata,Chaetomium globosum,C.murorum,Eutypella scoparia,Pestalotiopsis microspora,Eurotium amstelodami,E. rubrum,Eupenicillium brefeldianum,Phomopsis liquidambari,Myrothecium inundatum,Nigrospora oryzae,Paecilomyces lilacinus,Alternaria arborescens,Cladosporium cladosporioides,Aspergillus niger,A. versicolor,A. Caesiellus,Penicillium griseofulvum,P. expansum,P. implicatum,P. janthinellum,P. herquei,P. glabrum,P. verruculosum,Fusarium equiseti,F. oxysporum,Trichoderma harzianum,T. atroviride,T. saturnisporum,T. spirale,T. Asperellum,Pichia guilliermondii. The dominant genera of low tide zone is Penicillium, followed by Trichoderma and Fusarium genus; The dominant genera of mid tide zone is Penicillium, followed by Chaetomium and Phomopsis genus; The dominant genera of high tide zone is Penicillium, followed by Trichoderma genus; The dominant genera of Avicennia marina habitat is Penicillium, followed by Fusarium genus; The dominant genera of Aegiceras corniculatum habitat is Phomopsis, followed by Chaetomium genus; The dominant genera of Kandelia obovata habitat is Penicillium, followed by Chaetomium genus; The dominant genera of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza habitat is Trichoderma.
