The current focus of carbonate drilling object in Tarim Basin is the reservoir of fracture-cave carbonate reservoir which has the the typical characteristics of "beadlike reflection (BR)". Predecessors have done a large number of studies on BR from many aspects such as morphology, composition, reflection strength, and so on, and have achieved some success. But few people have do analysis and research on the internal structure of BR.In this paper, outcrop data, well data and seismic data are used to set up of the geological model of BR; and based on the model, we study the main developing controlling factors and distribution regulations of the "bead-type" reservoir in Ha6 3D area are, and explore the drilling potential of different "bead-type" reservoir. The main conclusions include:About the Geological Modeling of BR: Crack and Cave have complementary and inseparable symbiotic relationship; BR is the integrated response of both fractures and caves; The strength of BR has a positively relationship with the average porosity of the fracture-cave body (FCB); The character of the seismic response of a complex FCB is similar to a isotrope body which have the similar shape to the complex on and have a speed equal to the average velocity of the former one.About the main controlling factors of reservoir development: The tectonic stress had probided a good fluid migration pathway to denudation functiong; Fresh water dissolution is the major reservoirs reformation function in the early stage; and hydrothermal dissolution is a a key factor for the continuous transformation of the reservoir in later stage. Among them, the three times of exposure and denudation function in Caledonian stage is the main controlling factor of reservoir reformation in Ha 6 area.About the reservoir development law: The reservoir development degree of the buried hill strata north to the wedge out line of Sangtamu layer is much stronger than the inside statrta south to the line; and the reservoir development degree in the west area is stronger than that in the east. The reservoir is mainly developed along the faults, rivers, and structure high, and the reservoir is most developed in the cross places of faults and rivers, as well as faults and faults.About the the evaluation of BR: Their formed the evaluation criteria for the drilling potential of BR in this district, namely, "two high, two big and three strong " standards. Two high means: The landscape location where the BR lays in should be high, and the relative position of the BR to be drilled should be highest. Two big means: The size of the single BR should be big, and the size of the unit composed by the BR and the ftactures connected with it should be big. Three strong means: The amplitude of the BR itself should be strong, the developing strength of the fractures around the BR should be strong, and the detected hydrocarbon response of the BR should be strong.
