Selenium is a necessary trace element for the health of people.The Selenium of Microelement has been gradually knew by people in recent years,and it is also attracted public attention to scientists. This article is based on the literature of home and abroain about a large number of selenium and the form of selenium in soil in recent years, selected the soil of Wanyuan city as the research object, and analyzed selenium and corresponding to the five forms of copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, zinc, arsenic, organic matter content of selenium in soil as well as PH value of size.First, This article on soil in AAS and AFS Five Forms of Selenium in soil copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, zinc, arsenic measured six elements.Then the use of Shao-Wei Wu established the 5-step extraction of soil in the form of Se in the sequential extraction method. By using 0.1mol / L KH2P04-K2HP04 buffer, 3mol / L HCl 0.lmol / L K2S2O8 respectively for soil exchangeable, acid soluble, organic extraction agent bound Se. Application of sequential extraction technique in soil Se into five forms: water soluble, exchangeable, acid soluble (carbonate and manganese oxides), organic matter bound and residual. Via HCl + HN03 + HF + HClO4 mixed acid digestion method to detect soil copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, zinc, using the national standard method to measure the arsenic content of organic matter and the PH value of the size.Secondly, the use of SPSS software analyzing selenium and corresponding to the five forms of copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, zinc, arsenic, organic matter content of selenium in soil as well as PH value of sizeFinally, I hope our results could gradually knew about the selenium of geochemistry , obtained with the corresponding rules ,and study on generating its own rules and analyze the possible reasons for the impact on the future. And through the EXCEL software to make the appropriate regression equation for further analysis and research. character, through the soil in one or several factors adjustments or changes, so as to achieve more favorable results of our study. The study concluded as follows:1,The distribution of selenium in the city of wanyuan at different Age of rock strata is in accordance with the Sinian, Cambrian, Permian, Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous stratigraphic age from the Proterozoic, Paleozoic, Mesozoic decreasing order. Selenium content in the distribution of different rocks is in accordance with shale, carbonate, sandstone decreasing gradually.2,we could show the total selenium content in soil with selenium content of the rock increases, the reduction decreases by the circulatory system of rock and soil in the distribution of selenium measurement and analysis, It can be inferred that rock selenium and selenium in soil are homologous, rock affect the soil selenium content is a major factor.3,we can see that the soil Pb and As Se and a significant negative correlation with soil Cu, Ni, Cd has some negative correlation; and soil organic matter and the PH value is also a certain degree of positive correlation by the same area, similar to the climate and conditions on the basis of the external environment, select the same age and lithology of the soil strata analysis and the experiment shows the soil selenium, copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, zinc, arsenic, organic matter content and pH value of the size, the use of SPSS software and chart analysis.Thus we can conclude that the soil copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, arsenic and other trace elements, organic matter content and pH value of soil selenium content is one of the factors.4,We further analyzed two different forms of selenium in the soil between the contrast, can be inferred that water soluble Se and Se are the exchange of the total selenium content of soil as a major factor, acid soluble selenium may be a secondary factor . We could be seen in several forms of selenium in the soil among the soil organic matter mainly affected by adsorption of organic selenium content, indirectly to influence the total selenium content in soil between different forms of selenium in the soil and the soil organic relationship matter. The pH of soil is indirect effects of soil selenium content by regulating the water soluble selenium in the soil, exchangeable and acid soluble content of the percentage.
