In recent years, dissemination and sharing of remote sensing data gains more and more concerns of RS,GIS scholars. China has huge volume of remote sensing data and the data is growing rapidly. How to use and share these RS data has become an urgent research topic, especially for the quantitative RS data. Current dissemination and sharing of remote sensing data mainly adopts GIS technology. However, remote sensing data has its own characteristics.The traditional GIS spatial data publishing technology can not publish it on the visualization while preserving the real data of physical value. This problem limits the abilities of remote sensing application,such as data inquiry, analysis, processing and other operations.Therefore, this article designed a Quantitative Remote Sensing Data (QRSD) web publishing model as a solution.Quantitative Remote Sensing Data web publishing model publishes Remote Sensing Real Data, which is designed from this paper. RSRD contains visualization information and the real physical value of remote sensing data, so it can not only provide the visualization of remote sensing data, but also can preserve real physical value to support more applications.The author analyzed the current characteristics of quantitative RS data and the main methods of data dissemination, then discussed technologies related with RS data web publishing, focus on data dissemination, data web publishing service and RS data organization and management. Based on the above theories and technologies, a QRSD web publishing model was put forward and designed. The design of model includes the data structure of remote sensing real data, the organization and management of data source, the interface of web publishing service.After that, the author discussed implementation of the model,especially the key modules, such as the cache management of application, the visualization and analysis module of Remote Sensing Real Data. Finally, testing and the application example show that the QRSD web publishing model release is effective, reasonable and feasible.
