In recent years, researeh on dynamics of infectious diseases has been widely carried out based on complex networks and made a lot of initial results. As the scale-free networks can better describe real systems of the real world, the main task of this paper is to study the epidemic dynamics model based on complex network theory. The first chapter mainly introduces the significance of infectious disease research and development process of infectious disease dynamics and complex networks research.Considering the arthropod-borne'influence on the epidemic dynamic, the author proposes an SIS model with arthropod-borne in the second chapter. And by analyzing epidemic dynamics behavior on scale-free networks, we find the threshold value not only depends on the contact between individuals, but also depends on the contact between the individual and the infective media. Then global stability of the disease-free equilibrium is proved. In the third chapter, in view of the birth and death's influence on the epidemic dynamic,we improved the SIS model. Analyzing the influence of nonlinear infectivity on threshold value on scale-free networks, the author discussed the threshold value of infectious disease with different nonlinear infectivity.
