Heavy-ion collisions at intermediate and high energy have been a very important subject. Not only can it to reveal the mechanism of nuclear reaction, but also to perfect the nuclear theories. The multiplicity distribution and charge distribution of the projectile fragments, and the dependency on the multiplicity of the projectile fragments and the target fragments is discussed. The relationship between the degree of projectile fragmentation and impact parameter Z bound reveal that the carbon nuclei are relatively stable when carbon nuclei interact with nuclear emulsion at 290 A MeV. There is a strong correlation between projectile fragmentation and target fragmentation, and this correlation is independent of projectile energy in relativistic heavy-ion collision. The target fragmentation multiplicity n h can be used as a measure of the impact parameter. Finally we have studied the collective flow in 12C-emulsion collision at 290 A MeV by using the pseudo-transverse momentum method, and the collective flow is obviously observed.
