The complicated geological conditions, fragile geological environment and environmental geological disaster problem casued by the rapid construction of small towns in Gansu province affect and restrict the economic development. Conducting targeted research to identify the basic characteristics of geological disasters and establish a more systematic and comprehensive geological disasters evaluation system has some practical significance and application value.Based on the"Research on Geological Hazard Assessment System and Ecological Geological Environment Construction in Construction of Small Towns"project,this paper use following means:data investigation, site investigation, sampling, testing, theoretical analysis, etc, and following theory: geology, engineering geology, disaster economics, fuzzy mathematics, set on the analysis to complete the thesis.Main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the the actual statistical analysis of survey data,this paper comprehensively and systematicly analyzed basic types and characteristics, growth characteristics, hazard characteristics of the major geological disasters in the construction of small towns of landslides, avalanches, landslides, ground subsidence, etc.(2) Two simple, practical evaluation of geological disaster-prone model are established in this paper Disaster-prone evaluation and geological disasters division for 27 small towns of are made in which A Gan Town is made as an example. The evaluation proved the practicability and feasibility of assessment model.(3) Based on disaster economics, the economic losses model of geological hazards is established,which applies to geological disasters of small rural towns in Gansu Province. At the same time, Disaster Degree is established based on four-element connection number. It is used to Disaster Degree evaluation.The results of this study has some innovative,which has a certain reference of disaster prevention and mitigation and economic development in small towns .
