In this study, dried fish floss were prepared by blowing the dried silver carp into floss. According to the principles of operability, we have designed single-factor experiment in three aspects which including dried fish floss's own material properties,the mold of compression molding and the parameters of compression molding to investigate the effects of various factors on the process of compression molding of dried fish floss, thereby further explore the compression molding mechanism of granular agricultural materials. Then use relaxation ratio and compression loss rate as indicators to assess the effect trend of various factors on the forming quality of dried fish floss.Finally, the creep test was designed and the non-linear visco-elastic-plastic constitutive model of the compression creep of dried fish floss was established in this study.The results of stress-strain curve analysis of compression molding revealed that the size of dried fish floss was large and non-uniform when the blow time of dried silver carp was 10s, and there was no significantly different in the other three levels;the compressibility was declined along with the decline of moisture; the freedom degree of re-arranged of dried fish floss in the mold with square cross-section was lower than that in the mold with circular cross-section when subjected to compressive stress, and this difference can lead to inadequate compression; 30mm/min of the loading rate can produce the maximum total strain, therefore, it is can be considered that it has fullest compression, best rearrangement and best pore filling effect of dried fish floss under this loading rate.The studies on the quality of the compression molding have showed that the blow time can significantly affected the compression loss rate, while the influence on the relaxation ratio was not significant, and the best blow time was 30s; the moisture can significantly affected the indexes of the two tests, and the dried fish floss briquette were easily broken when the moisture was less than 10%;the cross-section shape and size of the mold have no significant effect on the compression loss ratio and relaxation ratio; when the final pressure was 3MPa, the loading rate which between 10mm/min-40mm/min has no significant effect on the indexes of the two tests;the final pressure can significantly affected the compression loss rate, while the influence on the relaxation ratio was not significant, and the best final pressure was 3MPa; the holding pressure time has significant effect on the indexes of the two tests and the best holding pressure time was 30s.The non-linear visco-elastic-plastic constitutive model of the compression creep of dried fish floss was established with the basis of superposition principle, the undetermined parameters were determined using simulated annealing algorithm. The results showed that this model can well simulate the rheological properties of the compression creep process of dried fish floss.
