The content of this thesis consist of two main parts, the first one is focused on fabrication of one-dimensional micro-nanostructures of strontium titanate(SrTiO3) by electrospinning technology combined with Sol-gel technology, characterization of SrTiO3 nanofibers and the research of the photocatalysis. The second one is Fabrication and characterization of Fe3O4-ZnO complex nanofibers via electrospinning combined with macromolecule template method.(1)Strontium acetate, poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP), Tetra-n-butyl titanate, and acetic acid were used to the fabrication of SrTiO3 nanofibers by electrospinning technology combined with Sol-gel technology. The as-spun and calcined nanofibers were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermal analysis by TG-DSC. The results show that we gained pure SrTiO3 nanofibers with a diameter range of 50-400nm and the typical diameter is 100nm. We also find that SrTiO3 nanofibers have a good function of photocatalysis.(2) Fe3O4 nanopowder, ZnO nanopowder and PS were used to the Fabrication of Fe3O4-ZnO complex nanofibers via electrospinning combined with macromolecule template method. Fe3O4-ZnO complex nanofibers were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that Fe3O4 and ZnO were dispersed in the Fe3O4-ZnO nanofiber commendably. The results of the research show that Fe3O4-ZnO nanofiber have a good paramagnetic property and Fe3O4 have a influence to emission spectrum and excitation spectrum of ZnO. Besides, we improve on electrospinning equipment and fabricated Fe3O4 and Fe3O4-ZnO aligned nanofibers arrays.
