With the rapid development of spunlace non-woven fabrics industry, the problems happened in the spunlace non-woven manufacturing process were gradually attracted people's attention. One of the problems is the flow pulsation in the water pipe supplied for the water jets. The flow pulsation in the water pipe will not only seriously affect the quality of non-woven fabrics, but also cause pipe vibration, even rupture and so on. Therefore, the study of the flow pulsation in the water pipe becomes particularly important.Introduction first describes the source and background of this issue, and then introduced the progress of research methods about the flow pulsation at home and abroad in recent years. The next chapter describes the ductwork supply water for water jets and the main problem about it. And the third chapter study the flow pulsation mechanism of triplex high pressure piston pump used in this system import and export with theoretical analysis method, and propose measures to attenuation the flow pulsation of high-pressure pump export and to separate the high-pressure pump import and the main water supply pipes (to use the pressure pulsation attenuator to attenuation the flow pulsation of high-pressure pump export and use the isolator to separate the high-pressure pump import and the main water supply pipes). Next chapterâ…£andâ…¤analyze the flow field of the pressure pulsation attenuator and the isolator based on the FLUENT software which is very professional by means of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, then research and optimize some factors about their configuration which may affect the result. Chapterâ…¥proposes the experiment to verify the simulation model, and the attenuator had been applied in the actual production process.The last chapter is the summary of all the paper. That is, the problem about pipe vibration caused by the flow pulsation can be solved by to install the pressure pulsation attenuator at the high-pressure pump export and the isolator at the high-pressure pump import, also the paper provides a new method to solve similar problems-Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method.
