The Experimental Study On The Chemical Reaction Kinetics Of Char Nitrogen

With the worsening of the world environment and the deepening of environment protected consciousness in people mind, the damage to environment by nitrogen-oxygen compound and the decrease of its releasing amount begin to be focused on by more and more scholars.As fossil fuel, the combustion of coal is the important source of nitrogen-oxygen compound in atmosphere. The char nitrogen is the important part of nitrogen-oxygen compound generated by coal when it is burning. Relative to volatile component nitrogen, char nitrogen is the difficult and key point in the research because the process of char nitrogen convert to nitrogen-oxygen compound is different phase between gas-solid.In this paper, fourier infrared spectral analysis apparatus were took use to investigate the kinetics in chemical react between different phase in samples of Xiao-longtan, Datong and Fengfeng mineral coal on the test-bed of differential reactor and integral reactor, on the basis of theory and experimental methods proposed by De Soete. The intrinsic law of char nitrogen convertion was investigated when the diffusion of gas reactant and other physical factor was eliminated. Two task were done. One is the study of nitrogen-oxygen compound react with char nitrogen katalyzed by various mineral in different temperature. Another is the study of different phase chemical reaction kinetics of char nitrogen.Firstly, the generation rate of nitrogen-oxygen compound of different coal samples was determined in different temperature and the catalysis by different minerals was gained.Secondly, the Arrhenius curve was draw by reaction rate constant in different experimental temperature and the relative kinetics parameters were gained.Lastly, the law in the different phase chemical reaction was debated.
