This paper discussed the mechanism of suspended packing bioreactor. A series of experiments were conducted to determine optimal operation parameters of the process. The experimental results indicate as follows.â‘ Under the conditions of the inflow at 60L / h, sewage treatment has improved significantly. The average removal rate of SS is up to 94%, the average removal rate of CODCr is up to 87%, the average removal rate of NH4+-N is up to 81%. These indicators are all up to the 1A standard of "Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB18918-2002). But the average removal rate of TN is only 33%; the removal efficiency of TN is also low, with an average removal rate of only 30% of the reactor .While after discharging the sludge regularly, the removal rate of TP increased to 52%.â‘¡Optimal operation parameters of the process are as follows. The mixture reflux ratio is 200%; the ratio of step-feed is 70% / 30%; suspended packing ratio is 30%; hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 10h. Under above conditions, SS, CODCr, TP, NH4+-N and TN of the effluence are reached to "Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB18918-2002) in the 1A standard.
