Heavy aromatics hydrogenation to benzene, toluene, xylene preparation (BTX) were studied in this paper. A series of catalysts with different MoO3, P additives and heteropoly acid (H3PMo12O40) primarily active components and introducing method which HMCM-56 as supporters, a series of different content of MoO3, P auxiliaries and heteropoly acid and different ways of heavy aromatics impregnation hydrogenation catalyst were prepared, and hydrodealkylation catalyst performance were examined, at last, the paper surveyed the preparation of large particle catalysts dipping activity and stability in the laboratory. The results showed that:with loading of about 2%, MoO3 were dispersed well in the surface of HMCM-56; the addition of P promoters made an effect on catalytic hydrodealkylation of heavy aromatics, P promoters joined to 2% MoO3/HMCM-56 catalyst had an affect on the acidity HMCM-56, a certain amount of P promoters but can increase the molecular sieves acidic, at the same time also the P promoters with HMCM-56 can modified the pore size of molecular sieves, had some impact of products produce; the load of heteropoly MoO3/HMCM-56 catalyst in certain scope, the synergy of heteropoly acid and HMCM-56 improved activity for heavy aromatics hydrodealkylation, to better reflect zeolite and heteropoly acid were catalytic properties,1% MoO3/HMCM-56 reproduce aromatics hydrogenation reaction, reacted on the catalyst with 1% PMo12 loading under 460℃,3MPa, the WHSV of C9+ heavy aromatics was 3.62h-1 and V(H2)/V(C9+) equaled to 1600 condition, the conversion of C9+ heavy aromatic was 56.67%, the yield of BTX was 53.26%, and the selectivity to BTX was 93.99%. Laboratory preparation large particles 1%MoO3/ HMCM-56(PMo12) catalyst in small process stability effect is good.
