With the increase of our awareness for environmental protection, green synthetic process of PC has become an inevitable trend. Based on the industrial application, this paper is focused on the synthesis of PC from diphenyl carbonate (DPC) and bisphenol A (BPA) by non-phosgene melt transesterification. Several aspects are discussed in this paper, such as the purification of raw materials, the selection of catalysts, the ways of mass transfer; the development of reactor, the adding ways of catalyst, the influence of antioxidants and so on. The results are as follows:the vacuum distillation is an effective purification method of raw materials, with the purity of DPC increasing from 93.01% to 99.50% and the concentration of Fe ion reducing from 18ppm to 2.9ppm; THS-1 is a good catalyst for the reaction; more small molecules are removed by the cooperative effect of bubbling, vacuum and agitation; the reactor designed by myself is helpful to remove small molecules and make PC quality better; adding catalyst in three times is a better way considering the intrinsic viscosity and the solution color of final PC product; the degeration temperature increases by 65℃in the air after adding antioxidants.
