The actual production load is far more than the design value. When the production load increases, the tower operating conditions are unstable. The petrochemical project study is proposed based on the existence of butadiene production'bottleneck'By visiting the petrochemical field research and on-site workshops and the interview of the engineers, analysis the existing butadiene production plant "bottleneck" problem, provide the initial solutions to the "bottleneck" of the program. Collect and use the normal conditions and high load conditions data. Predict the best butadiene production plant operating parameters based on the use of neural network algorithm training the samples, and qualitatively analyze the operating parameters on the impact of separation.Finally, use the professional chemical process software Aspen Plus to simulate on the basis of material balance, quantitatively analyze the operating parameters on the impact of separation, which is the sensitivity analysis of the main operating parameters, to corroborate the results of neural network prediction of science and effectiveness.
