View On the View of the fact that the butadiene plant technology of our country is still far lower than the similar foreign level and the demand of butadiene-1,3 (1,3-BD) is increasing year by year. It is an important practical significance that study about the simulation analysis of the butadiene production and pumping process.Because of the old equipments are reused, there is a'bottleneck'. The actual production load is far more than the design value. When the production load increases, the tower operating conditions are unstable. The petrochemical project study is proposed based on the existence of butadiene production'bottleneck'By visiting the petrochemical field research and on-site workshops and the interview of the engineers, analysis the existing butadiene production plant "bottleneck" problem, provide the initial solutions to the "bottleneck" of the program. Collect and use the normal conditions and high load conditions data. Predict the best butadiene production plant operating parameters based on the use of neural network algorithm training the samples, and qualitatively analyze the operating parameters on the impact of separation.Finally, use the professional chemical process software Aspen Plus to simulate on the basis of material balance, quantitatively analyze the operating parameters on the impact of separation, which is the sensitivity analysis of the main operating parameters, to corroborate the results of neural network prediction of science and effectiveness. Provide the best solutions of this "bottleneck". At the end of the paper, we evaluate the significant impact and economic value on the view of economic benefits from the production and on the point of view of the technical and economic indicators of the optimized production operation on use of SPSS statistical tools.
