Automotive industry is now faced with unprecedented opportunities for development has been established as a pillar industry for China's development, its development of the national economy has played a lead role.Therefore, to enhance the quality of cars is imperative.Auto assembly and auto parts need to be more strict requirements.Transmission is responsible for the transmission power so that vehicles traveling to play an essential function of devices, dual-mass flywheel is one of the major automobile transmission.Therefore, the need for dual-mass flywheel to reverse the structure and components performance such as fatigue and torsional stiffness need to take the necessary testing and analysis, which can also product quality and design of the development and improvement to provide a reliable basis.And shorten the product development cycle and improve product quality.In this paper, some of the more advanced foreign flywheel test bed system, combined with Technology Co., Ltd. Changchun test, dual-mass flywheel the car test-bed project to study the dual-mass flywheel torsional fatigue test platform. The test stand used for both torsional stiffness testing, damping tests, but also for the torsion fatigue test, a multi-purpose machine.
