Noise will not only affect the precision of mechanical products and shorten the service life of parts, but also harm physical and mental health,it hazards humans increasingly. Polymer material had damping property which was conducive to introducing the sound absorbing mechanisms such as porous sound absorption, resonance absorption at the same time, introduction of the particles can improve acoustic property further; fibers were commonly used as sandwich and surface of sound absorption materials because of their process, porosity, softness and flexibility. Therefore, aims of this subject were: through modifying polymer materials and filling in inorganic particles to obtain good sound absorption performance of particles-resin composites, and particles-resin with good sound absorption property of composite material was used as one part of laminated material to study effect of laminated orders on the sound absorption property, so we could offer reference to improve sound absorption property by changing the laminated patterns without increasing thickness and areal density.Firstly, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), powdered nitrile rubber (PNBR) and 2-octyl phthalate (DOP) were used as main raw materials to prepare PVC/PNBR rubber composite with different mass ratio. DMA and standing wave tubes, etc. were used to test mechanical property, damping and acoustic performance of materials, results showed that: When the mass ratio of PVC, PNBR ,DOP was 70:30:130 , sample had a larger damping value and better mechanical property at the same time, good acoustic performance was obtained at 250,1000 and 2000 Hz.PVC/PNBR was used as matrix, wasted piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) particles and floating beads were filled respectively to prepare resin-based particle composite, effect of resin-based composite on sound absorption property was studied, results showed that: acoustic property of sample filled with floating beads was superior to PZT, and the absorption property of composite had a closed relation to amount, size and thickness of floating beads.Secondly, by comparing sound absorption property of weaving, knitting and non-woven polyester fibers, there was a strong relation between processing morphology and acoustic property, and the non-woven fiber owned better sound absorption performance than the other two forms of fabric materials.Finally, PVC/PNBR filled with floating bead and non-woven polyester fabric were laminated to study the law of acoustic property, results showed that: when single layer PVC/PNBR filled with floating bead materials in the former, double non-woven fiber were used as a sandwich, the other layer PVC/PNBR filled with floating bead materials in the latter, laminated composite material had higher absorption property than the other arrangements under the same thickness compared with the same thickness of PVC/PNBR filled with floating bead materials and double non-woven fiber.
