Anti-asthma drug,pranlukast,in the treatment of a variety of asthma and allergic disease has a good effect, and there are always new treatment was found. So it attracted extensive attention in recent years.In this thesis,based on the original synthetic route,we improve the synthesis method of the intermediate and explore new derivatives of pranlukast.In the process of synthese intermediate 4-phenyl bromine butane, two synthetic route are choosed,finally through accounting cost to determine the optimal route.In view of the structural-activity relationships of Pranlukast,5 pranlukast derivatives are designed,Hope to find the same or similar pharmacological activity.which synthetic routeis similar to pranlukast's.For example, Into ether,amides,Claisen condensation, amination,addition reaction with NaN3 into four azole nitrogen.
