TThe research object was used tire pyrolysis oil from industrial unit. The pyrolysis oil was distilled into seven close-cut fractions by atmospheric vacuum distillation. The paper studied the composition distribution of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon compounds of the seven close-cut fractions. The results showed that the fraction yield was higher when the boiling point was among 150-350℃or more than 500℃; the content of aromatic was very high in every fraction; with the increasing of fraction boiling range, the content of unsaturated hydrocarbon and saturated hydrocarbon decreased; the content of resin increased; asphaltene was mainly concentrated in the fractions which boiling point was higher than 500℃; the total sulfur and thiophene sulphur content increased with the boiling point. the content of mercaptan sulfur and sulfide sulfur in total sulfur decreased with the boiling point; with the increasing of boiling point, total nitrogen, basic nitrogen and non-basic nitrogen content increased; acidic compouds content were higher in the fractions when boiling point were among 200-400℃.Studied on the reaction conditions of hydrogenation process, in conclution, with the increasing of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and hydrogen/oil ratio, the desulfurization and denitrification rate of the blend oil which blended with FCC gasoline and light fraction both increased; with the increasing of space velocity and blend ratio, the two rates decreased; the proper reaction conditions were that reaction temperature 330℃, reaction pressure 2.0MPa, space velocity 6.0h-1, hydrogen/oil ratio 400 and blend ratio 10%.Builded the intrinsic kinetic equation of hydrodesulfurization and hydrogenation of light fraction. By tested, overall relative error of experimental value and kinetic equation calculated value was in±2.0% and±3.0%, respectively, and average relative error was 0.15% and 1.22% respectively. The two kinetic equation was significantly reliable.
