| Increased depth of geological prospecting puts forward higher requirements on wire-line drilling technique, under which condition urgently needs study of deep-hole drill string mechanics and it's power transfer characteristics in-depth.In considering the existing normal drilling, micro-drilling, model testing, full size drilling equipment, based on Li Zifeng's slant hole drilling string buckling models, after simplified the elastic system and campaign status of drill, wall, constraints, and analyzed the stress model calculations, this article designed a drill simulation experimental equipment. The device consists of frequency-adjusting-speed rotary system, and load simulation system, and axis force loading system, and laternal force loading system, and drill string-wall friction system and data acquisition and control system, the overall structure of the device is the form of two motor on supporting, and frequency device driven asynchronous motor simulation load, and screw loading laternal force, and oil cylinder loading axis force, and sensors measurement parameter, and ADAM data acquisition, and wireless LAN transmission .Machinery figure and parts figure of drill string simulation device has been drawn after the system programme been determined. After processing ,Assembly and debugging, this artical established the wireless data acquisition system and tested the speed on drill string power consumption law of effect, debugging results indicates that the design of drill string simulation device is comparison reasonable, and meet experimental demand, and the original design mind has been reached, while it also exposures out some design defects and processing problems, the author puts forward some specific improved advices and follow-up experimental content and program. |
