This paper is study of POPs in the environment, has established in the environment the vehicle exhaust analysis method, the concrete ingredient percentage, and established the instrument method of 5 PFCs 0f the POPs in the Yellow River water in Lanzhou section in five entire fluorine organic matter's analysis method, the paper selects suitable detecting instruments and establishes analiytical method and the linear range. This paper made the brief introduction of the POPs classification, harm, as well as the rule which migrates in the environment, and introduced some commonly used instrument to analyse the environment in the organic pollution, and introduces the simple principle of the mass spectrum analysis.The vehicle exhaust of various vehicles is sampled by using the method of direct sample, and by using the GC\MS instrument the main 42 kinds of organic compounds of the samples are separated and analyzed qualitatively and their relative contents are measured. he results show that by direct sampling the organic compounds of the vehicle exhaust can be extracted and analyzed efficiently, easily and quickly. Through sampling and analyzing the samples of the 12 kinds of familiar vehicle exhaust, it is found that the main organic compounds of the vehicle exhaust include olefin, alkane and dutrex. This article has simultaneously established the method of solid phase extract, uplc-msms of the instrument analysis in natural water of five PFCs, through the optimized extract column, selects the appropriate instrument method, obtains the ideal examination result, five kind of PFCs cxamed the examination to the Lanzhou section Yellow River water.
