In this paper, the process of Cyclic Extrusion and Compression (CEC) wasestablished by means of the method of theoretical calculation based on thecombination of physical simulation method and finite element numerical simulation,and the optimistic parmaters were obtaind by analysis of the experiments,furthermore, the similar process was implemented in the subsequent heat treatmentexperiments.The flow deformation behavior and softening mechanism of ZK60 alloy havebeen studied, and the processing maps of ZK60 alloy were established by dynamicmaterials model. The critical strains indicated the onset of dynamic recrystallizationwere obtained from the analysis of the flow stress dependence curves of the strainhardening rate at different situations. A power-law equation has been establishedusing the method of curve fit, and the apparent activation energy was obtained fromthe equation.On the basis of analysis of the theoretical anylysis, the factors impacting themicrostructure homogenization and the mechanical properties were analyzed ondetaied, so did it in heat treatment process. Research shows that due to the decreaseof strength weakening and Mg-Zn phase separation caused by the combined effectOrowan strengthening produced deformation parameters on the yield strength of atexture change in Taylor factor. The grain refinement strengthening effect is veryweak. The same time, high temperature long-Ostwald coarsening and grain yieldstrength caused by the decline in the General Assembly. This test can't explain Hall-Petch relationship. Based on fine grain, uniform organization, less precipitate andthe requirements of the same sex, to determine the optimum range of reciprocatingextrusion process for the best range of temperature 250℃-300℃, 4-8 extrusionratio, extrusion passes to eight times.In this paper, T5 way reciprocating extrusion heat treatment of different agingtemperature and aging time under the heat treatment to hardness as an index ofthermal stability of the organization. Analysis shows that the hardness valuedecision by the insulation value during the lower contribution of grain boundaryprecipitates Orowan strengthening and increasing the hardness together. Prone tohigh temperature Ostwald coarsening, it is not appropriate use of high temperatureaging. Removal of the grain boundary contribution to the value of such hardness, thehardness obtained precipitate contribution value, Orowan strengthening effect ofprecipitates found within the growing with time. In aging is not more than 8 hours duration under the conditions of optimum aging temperature range is 150℃-200℃, within the scope of this paper, the best process parameters for the 200℃×8h,hardness to 83.6HV.
