The woven structure simulated by 3D attracts very much attention in the area of fabric CAD research. At present, researches have shown that the yarns may deform all kinds of shapes and deviate. This paper focus on the influence aroused by different fabric structure or yarn density then simulates the process. Most researches aiming at fabric 3D simulation adopt B-spine to simulate the flexing state of yarn interlacing. This paper focus on Pierce's model and employs the combination of trigonometric functions and lines to stimulate the flexing state of yarns, and stimulate cross-section function with circular and ellipse to different yarns influenced by forces, which increases the efficiency.In this paper, we first construct a geometry model of inter yarns, and analyze the express of interlacing plain weave and lines, the yarn density, the wave height of flexion,and the deviation of yarns, in order to calculate the points coordinates of flexion curve. In favor of the easy transplantation, this paper realizes 3D stimulation in help of OpenGL graphical function base. The simulation reveals the fabric interlace process from different respects through transforming the graphics such as translation, rotation, and scale, and complies with the real appearance of fabric through increasing the environment of light and the texture effect on the surface.At last, paper fulfills the purposes of organic fabric designing through existing CAD system, illuminations of fabric goniometric forms with mathematical models, and revelations of 3D appearance in the OpenGL. This paper manifests the fabric appearance of plain structure in different wide fabric, the whole effects of thru hole, and decorates the appearance structure with real fabric manifestation.In order to affirm the rationality, this paper utilizes the combination of trigonometric function and line segment to display the interlacing state and weft in fabric, as well as the effects of diverse geometry parameters on the fabric outlook through the 3D-simulation of fabric appearance. To be frankly, this model exist some insufficiency, such as the ignorance of tensile force influence on the fabric outlook, and the influence on the range of flexion affected by the yarn quality, but it will be consummated with the process of research.
