In this paper, the research object is Chlorella, most of the major is divided into three study: first, through the different disposition of chlorella, study the situation of nitrogen and phosphorus removal about wastewater.Second, the study of several heavy metal ions (Cu2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Cr3+) on Chlorella purification of sewage, as well as the impact of physical characteristics, while carry out a preliminary exploration of the Chlorella's ability to accumulate these types of heavy metal ions. When we study algae in wastewater treatment applications, we must first know the physiological characteristics of algae. The different types of nutrients in water lead to different alkalinity in water, thereby affecting the growth of algae. Therefore, the last part of this topic, starting from the growth of Chlorella to study the value of various nutrients on the impact of Chlorella. In this paper, we have carried out a more systematic study of the content above, achieving a series of good results, essential to achieve research purposes. The main innovations are as follows:1. This experiment has obtained a good relationship between absorbance and the algae fluid density,by measuring the absorbance of liquid algae,we can have a direct calculation of the density of algal cells. It's very convenient and fast, replacing the traditional and time-consuming blood plate count method.2. A comprehensive and systematic manner through a variety of disposal of Chlorella: comparison of immobilized and free state, before and after reinforcement comparison of algal cell age and cell load, starvation, and immobilized Chlorella in different forms of nitrogen and phosphorus uptake laws. All of the above experiment have been carried out.It has been provided a broader idea for future scholars to study the situation of Chlorella about nitrogen and phosphorus removal,so far there is no such comprehensive coverage.3. Not only studying the ability of Chlorella on water purification and physiological characteristics under a variety of heavy metals, and also carry out a preliminary exploration about Chlorella's ability to enrich these types of heavy metal ions. Increasing an experimental reference in water research for the algae to remove heavy metal ions. 4. Study of the various nutrients impact on Chlorella value-added, not only provide a good reference to the cultivation of chlorella for future scholars, and because of the practicability of chlorella, to seek ways to accelerate its growth also has great practical significance.
