| In recent years, along with the raising of living standards, the demands for aesthetic relief products have been continuously increasing. Due to the personalization reqiurements from relief market, relief personalization design has proposed higher and higher demands. Relief extraction and data processing play an important role in relief personalization design. This dissertation makes researches on relief personalization design, focusing on relief extraction and data processing based on point-sampled model. To meet the actual needs of enterprise, relief CAD/CAM system (Relief), based on geometric platform Open CASCADE, is developed. The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1) Data interfaces for DXF and ISO are developed. The key classes and functions of Open CASCADE are rewritten to make large-scale relief point-sampled model displayed and selected rapidly.(2) Based on spatial partition, the points in sub-space loop are searched directly with the grids spread, and K-neighborhood of a point-sampled is calculated. The normal vector and curvature of point-sampled model are estimated with PCA(Principal Component Analysis), and the curvature is display especially with different colors to verify the accuracy of curvature estimates.(3) Drawing on plane segmentation of mesh model fusion and geometry detail extraction of point-sampled model detail transfer, relief extraction is achieved. It includes the separation from base plane and boundary optimization of relief.(4) Based on second-order Laplacianλ|μalgorithm, relief data smoothing and denoising inhibit tangential moving of point to overcome the vertex drift. Relief data simplification is consisting of curvature-based simplification and boundary preservation. Our simplification algorithm can preserve the feature and boundary of relierf effectively.(5) Relief CAD/CAM system is developed. Taking a specific relief product for example, the whole personalization design process is introduced, including relief extraction, data processing and relief fusion. At last, several application examples are shown. |
